Fill the form if you will attend the awards ceremony on 16th Oct 2023 at India International Center, New Delhi, India. Trophies will be made only for the students who fill the form.
Trophies are for all the winners, runners-up and special mentions.

Please note that trophy will be given to the project and not to individual students.

Submission Guidelines for ROUND 2:
- You need to create a 2-minute video (as Youtube URL) specifying your work.
- Fill out the form at: https://
greenactionschools.com/index. php/form/ - You can submit the form at the above mentioned link after 20-Aug-2023. In the meantime, you can create your 2-min video and upload on youtube.
GUIDELINES FOR THE 2-MIN VIDEO:
- If you have a website, share the link in the ‘Project Description’
- If you have an app, share link to download in the ‘Project Description’
- If your project is at an ideation stage, clearly mention that ‘It is an IDEA’ in the video
- If you have created a product, show it in the video. Not showing products might disqualify you
- If your work is in ‘Advocacy and Campaigning’, show videos and pics of the work done by you in this regard
- Video should start by introducing the team or the individual who has done the project, followed by project name, followed by explanation of the project and proofs
- Video should NOT be more than 2 mins
- Video should NOT be a slideshow or just a talk by the students. It should contain proofs of your project and what you have done so far

- Have your projects created a real impact on the life of others (including other living species)?
- Have you created awareness through campaigns (physical or online) about sustainability?

wHO CAN APPLY?
- All students of grade 5 to grade 12 are eligible to apply
- Students can apply individually or as a team of upto 4 students
- Projects completed within the last 1 year (from Jan 2022 - till date)
Fees : There is NO fees at any stage of the awards

Round 1 : Online Application
Identify One Of The Following Categories For Your Project
- Advocacy & Campaigning
- Innovation
- Implementation
Identify one of the 17 SDGs as the PRIMARY goal for your project. For example, you could have done advocacy for reducing waste in your community (SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communitites) or some innovation to improve the water quality in villages (SDG 6: Clean Water & Sanitation) or implemented special program in the school for under-privileged to enhance their learning (SDG 4: Quality Education)
