Results of ‘SDG Hero – International & State’ and ‘SDG Superhero – Group’ are final and are posted below. The winners are invited for the awards ceremony on 16th Oct 2023 at India International Center, New Delhi, India. Trophies will be made only for the schools who fill the form. All the names listed here are eligible to receive the trophy.

For the top 20 awards, 34 schools are invited to attend the awards ceremony on 16th Oct 2023 at India International Center, New Delhi, India. All 34 schools will surely receive a trophy but the WINNERS will be decided on the day of the event by the JURY.
Names of the 34 finalists in various categories are given below.
There are 4 categories:
  • SDG Superhero
  • ESD (Education for Sustainable Development ) Champion
  • Eco-friendly School
  • Socially Responsible School
Trophies will be made only for the schools who fill the form. All the names listed here are eligible to receive the trophy.

Submission Guidelines for ROUND 2:

  1. You need to create a 2-minute video (as Youtube URL) specifying your work.
  2. Fill out the google form: https://forms.gle/3ytK1bQqCJXQmUJF8
  3. For round 2, it is very important that you choose the right category. We recommend choosing a category where you have worked most extensively. If you have worked extensively in all categories, then choose ‘SDG Superhero’.

CATEGORIES:

  • ESD Champion: If you have worked extensively on ‘Education for Sustainable Development’
  • Eco-Friendly School: If you are most proud of ‘Sustainable Practices’ in your school
  • Socially Responsible School: If ‘Community Work’ is an integral part of your school
  • Innovation Champion: If you are most proud of some ‘Unique Innovation(s)’ at your school
  • SDG Superhero: If you believe that you have done extensive work in all of the above categories
GUIDELINES FOR THE 2-MIN VIDEO:
  1. Innovative Initiatives: Highlight any novel projects, programs, or teaching methodologies that exemplify your school’s commitment to sustainability and the SDGs.
  2. Student Involvement: Showcase student engagement, their enthusiasm for sustainable practices, and their role in driving positive change.
  3. Community Outreach: Feature any collaborative efforts with the local community, NGOs, or other stakeholders that have contributed to a broader impact.
  4. Measurable Results: Share data, statistics, and anecdotal evidence that demonstrate the tangible outcomes of your sustainability endeavors.
