Please note that these estimates do not include order processing time.

c. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within India and internationally. Please note that shipping to international destinations may take longer and incur additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ARCedtech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


5. Damages

ARCedtech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your order is missing or lost, please contact our customer support team at contact@arcedtech.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

ARCedtech is not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.


8. Shipping Restrictions
