Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

1. General Policy

At ARCedtech, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital Products and Online Courses: Refunds are available for digital products and online courses within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course has been completed or accessed.
  • Physical Products: Refunds for physical products are available within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

b. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including:
    • Downloaded educational materials
    • Gift cards
    • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

c. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us at orders.arcedtech@gmail.com with your order number and details of your purchase.
  • Upon approval of your refund request, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Digital Products and Online Courses

  • Before Access: You can cancel your purchase of digital products and online courses before accessing the content for a full refund.
  • After Access: Once you have accessed more than %20 of the course content, the purchase is non-refundable.

b. Subscription Services

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided less than 20% of the service has been used. After 30 days, the subscription is non-refundable.

c. Physical Products

  • Order Cancellation: Orders for physical products can be canceled before the product has been shipped for a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, the return process must be followed.
