  • All staff members employed with a school (providing education from primary to grade 12) are eligible to apply. This includes teaching and non-teaching staff
  • These awards are for individuals only
  • Staff members who have done exceptional work towards sustainability
  • Projects completed within the last 2 years (from Jan 2020 - till date)

Fees : There is NO fees at any stage of the awards


Round 1 : Online Application


Submit an essay in not more than 500 words on one of the topics given below:

  1. How you have inspired and empowered students to work towards sustainable development?
  2. How you have been instrumental in bringing innovation in your school curriculum to teach SDGs?
  3. How you have contributed to implementing sustainable practices in your school or classroom?
  4. What projects have you conducted with your students to enhance their learning about SDGs?


Submit a project report by filling the application at the following link:

Round 2 (FINAL) : Presentation on 19th Nov 2022

Around 30 to 40 shortlisted projects will be invited for a presentation in front of the jury during the event in Jaisalmer
Staff members will be required to give a 2-min presentation and furnish evidence to validate their work

Awards Ceremony

  • Around 20 awards
  • Shortlisted projects will be invited to attend the awards ceremony at Rajkumari Ratnavati Girl’s School in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India on 19th November 2022


  • Winners will receive trophies and certificates by ARC and Earth Day Network
  • Top winners will receive attractive prizes


  • Deadline for ROUND 1: 15th July 2022
  • ROUND 2 invitations by 15th August 2022
